I found the solution: no more drawers for you! I now have them in a big ceramic pot like this :

Exactly. Well I've permanently relocated 2 of those there and the grate is in a cupboard. Enough drawers stuck when you're in a super hurry to mash!

lol. Same. Although I do have a tiny grater and a single side grater.
