Last month together with @jelmerborst and Leendert van Maanen we created a

package to estimate the __by-trial__ onset of different processing stages in reaction times by relying on hidden semi-Markov models applied to
electro-encephalographic data:

We made some significant improvements on both the method and especially the
documentation and everything should be much clearer I hope
