A tragic and shocking blow hit Gaza today: Renowned Al Jazeera journalist Anas al-Sharif was killed in a targeted Israeli airstrike that struck a journalists’ tent stationed near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. He died alongside four of his colleagues—Mohammed Qreiqeh, Ibrahim Zaher, Mohammed Noufal, and Moamen Aliwa—as they worked to reveal the realities on the ground.
