It's a relevant context if one assumes the counter is real time

Cycling to a number larger than 250B is rather trivial

Just have to convince 'sleep' that's what it's seeing

Well, time is relative. So you never know.

probably our universe is in a black hole which is not even the biggest one

they probably got one too many CVEs about an integer overflow there
