All potions now last 10x as long. I made this change since they're quite uncommon, and it should help the solo player a bit more.

As a reminder, short rests pass 30 minutes of in game time, and long rests pass 8 hours. All potions currently in the game have a default duration of 1 hour, so this makes them last 10 hours.

Some more changes:

- Added Potion of Intervention (a custom, non-D&D potion) that restores the player's one time use death protection
- Potion of Intervention is only available from named traders, but is guaranteed to appear if the player lacks death protection and has sufficient GP (~500)
- Rebalanced monster CR to follow a standard distribution (balance still follows XP, not character level)

I've also increased XP gains by 5x temporarily on this version for faster testing.

Because of the reblance, you should see more "relevant" monsters as you gain XP. This should mean less super low CR monsters as you go up in XP, and less super high CR monsters compared to your XP

(Both are still possible, just less likely)
