@erysdren Anubis is really obnoxious, I'd recommend using something like https://git.gammaspectra.live/git/go-away instead

@scathach @erysdren can you specify your points about anubis? Afaik this is commonly used e.g. @Codeberg uses it iirc, so others might profit from the explanation

go-away has JS proof of work as an option but uses more subtle browser and TLS fingerprinting as a first line of defense

Codeberg has proof that huawei ai crawlers can solve anubis challenges. it was very nice, but it's now on the verge of being useless. I'll have a look at this new project, thanks.
