I don’t know how bright she actually is, the impression I got from her range of weird visibility tactics during the first term is somewhere in the middle of the bell curve, but it doesn’t take much to know that talking about the thing Donny doesn’t want addressed is likely to backfire even if you’re only talking about it to order someone to stop talking. A five-year old can figure that out (…though Donny can’t.)
