oh wow! I would've expected that a license change would be nearly impossible with such a big project... Doesn't it require approval from all active contributors?

@alessandrolai @pollita That's the thing. As the new licence grants the same rights to.contributors that's not needed. Only from "The PHP Group" and from Zend (Perforce)
