I’m working on analog clock widget this weekend. Just experimenting a little..

I’m having some trouble keep it updated enough due to Apple system restrictions. Second arm should move every second. I’m OK with faking it with animation. Any tricks or hacks I can do?

I’ve seen multiple apps in the App Store doing it. So it must be possible..

Nothing I’m aware of that will pass App Review. Earlier versions of WidgetKit had a semi-hidden _clockHandRotationEffect view modifier that you could (ab)use to do this, but it has been since removed from the interface file.
