Advice request: this is an antique spinning wheel I’m trying to get back in working order, but I am struggling to get this tensioning screw (which should move freely) to unscrew more than a quarter turn. Is there a safe way to loosen it? Is the (very well-secured and difficult to see from this angle) peg there holding it in place?
