Einen Smartphone Halter oder ähnliches zu haben wo das Gerät drin Zuhause oder am Arbeitstisch "einschnappt" hilft ebenfalls das Handy gar nicht erst (oder zumindestens seltener) in die Hand zu nehmen. 
Elk is a nimble Mastodon web client. You can login to your Mastodon account and use it to interact with the fediverse.
