I'm going to wait and see. The drama buzz about GitHub is not new (it has been all about AI for 2.5 years now), and there are no 1-1 alternatives today. Hosting on another platform won't solve the training issue otherwise we need to stop being online. GitHub has been tremendously helpful for OSS, and I'm grateful for its service.
Elk is a nimble Mastodon web client. You can login to your Mastodon account and use it to interact with the fediverse.
Expect some bugs and missing features here and there. Elk is Open Source and we're actively improving it as a community project. Join us and let's build it together!
