I understand the sceptics of GenAI and their wish for bursting the AI bubble. But I come to realise more and more in conversation with people how many plausible real world use cases there are, either for rote tasks (generating charts for a report) or helping people who aren't good at writing. Not to speak of the commercial application in advertising, PR or marketing. GenAI is here to stay.
