I've been having a bad tinnitus flareup this week, which has had a big impact on my productivity and ability to focus. This

feature to play a selection of white noise patterns has really helped (System Settings > Accessibility > Hearing > Audio > Background Sound). It's one of those features that I don't see mentioned ever, but it's been a godsend since I discovered it.

This may come in handy for me at some point! I started getting some tinnitus once I went on Wellbutrin, and even after I stopped, it persisted. It's usually not very noticeable, but it may not always remain so quiet.

The flareup may be of my own making. Coffee and a wacky sleep schedule lately as I work through recording my latest course. I've read that those can be triggers. I need to start paying more attention to this stuff I guess.
