Looking for easy (1-5 mile, high end only if less elevation change, my dog is old now) hike recommendations for any "New England" State (NY, VT, NH, MA, Connecticut, NJ, DE, RI, Maryland...)

Also, which parks have nice quiet campgrounds with hot showers?

Any nice dry van camp spots (thinking nice pulloffs in national forests and whatnot).

TBH I don't even know what "high end only if less elevation change" means in the context of hiking.... But I was really pleased at how accessible Brakeheart Reservation is, in Saugus, north of Boston:
