Well, I have sciatica, it's pretty horrible, my back is as stiff as a board that combined with oodles of abdominal scar tissue make for some awkwardness at times. My old prescription Cocodamol + Xtra Strong Ibuprofen +Diazepam had some negative side effects. Constipation, acid stomach and some lethargy obviously. My new meds have much better side effects, my back stays quite loose and relaxed most of the time. New wonder med is called "Strawberry Cake" and is 100% natural and legal.

If you live in the UK and have sciatica I'd seriously consider ignoring the still very real stigma and go for medical cannabis as a treatment. It really improves quality of life, I'd say that's a pretty good phrase to describe it holistically. It's a private prescription and isn't available on NHS but it's still cheaper than black market where you don't even know what you are getting. "It's good mate" isn't the same as a breakdown of terpene profiles and a provenance right back to grower.
