the neogob emoji set is currently available, for download at
https://github.com/PrimaveraZY/Neogobben/blob/main/neogob.zip
it is made by yours truly; with a lot of help from @neomojimixer@hat-eine.entenbru.st I'd also like to mention @o76923 for the help, pointers and vibes, and to @volpeon@is-a.wyvern.rip for inspiring it with the original neocat and neofox sets
EDIT: credit update, would be remiss to not mention that @o76923 made the animated ones, plus some of the static emojis for the set (for example the bazin punctuation ones) thnaks James once again for all the help =)
