I'm sure there are better ways, but what I do...After unlocking (the padlock) and clicking the wiki word next to the hamburger menu, so that there is a checkbox there. Then the journal actions show up with the Flag and + at the lower right side of the journal area. Click the '+' to insert a blank factory as shown below. Then drag and drop your picture onto the factory.
