The vast majority of drivers are simply not skilled enough to operate their car like it's supposed to go in the traffic model, they're checking the facebook notifications, or whatever bored distraction, just waiting for this transportation thing to be over so they can have the beer & cheese they want from that stupid building with the giant parking lot. These clueless suckers have only ever known the world shaped by media funded by car ads. For 50yrs, not even allowed to ride bikes to school.
