new proj -> Stuck in the Scroll is a compulsive scrolling monitor that reveals, in real-time, whether I’m currently scrolling TikTok. Think of it as a last-ditch effort, a sort of public confessional as therapeutic tool aimed at defusing the intense compulsion I feel every day to endlessly scroll the world’s most popular video app. See if I’m scrolling TikTok right now, how long I’ve been scrolling lately, and how long it’s been since I last scrolled.
inspired by @pluralistic 's construction with enshittification, I think we need a new word to describe the ideological evolutions of Twitter/Facebook/TikTok due to their pandering CEOs and rightward shifts. entrumpification?
