One of my favorite facts is that the word "helicopter" is formed from two words, but they are not "heli" and "copter". They are the Greek words "helikos" (spiral) and "pteron" (wing). So more like helico + pter.
Technically we should start calling "quadcopters" something more like "quadpters". I like "quadrapters"
