I'm a director of @Cherryleaf, a technical writing services and training company. We write/improve API documentation, company procedures, online Help etc. And we also teach people how to do it.
In April 2023, we conducted a survey into the use of AI and ChatGPT in technical communications. We thought it would be interesting to carry out a similar survey again, to see what has changed over the last 12 months, It takes approximately four minutes to complete.
