something wild though: over NINETY PERCENT of developers in our New Developer study agreed that "helping other people is an important part of being a software developer"
NINETY PERCENT?! And this was a really diverse (geographically, industry, demographics) sample
Even for people who otherwise believed they were on a very harsh team, and that programming isn't a universally obtainable activity
