Hi, I own a small law firm (it's me) that focuses on defending people accused of intellectual property infringement related to the sale of products (primarily online).
I track and post about new design law cases (design patents, copyright, trademarks) usually related to consumer products. I am particularly interested in the right to resell and repair products.
In another life I was a Wall Street defense lawyer so this is my penance.
