We have a giant box of misc. legos.
The kids dig around and find cool things in there.
They stockpile rare legos and trade them with each other based on their own notions of scarcity and being able to find what they want/need.
My house has become a free market.
But every once and a while they beg for regulation from Big Gov Dad because someone's being unfair, lol.
