Thanks everyone for your feedback. Some more context: before putting the converter I left it soaking in water, and afterward flushed it using the converter. I’m betting that there is some dry ink in the feeder, and I’ll have to try to put something with water to help clean it. I had a similar issue with a Kaweco sport some months ago. But I could take out the feeder and carve it a bit with a blade - solved the issue for good.
