Do you know if WaterFox will stay upstream with Firefox, just with certain things stripped out (soft fork), or is it a hard fork?
Their FAQ makes no mention of Firefox or forking.
I can get behind a soft fork, but with a hard fork I doubt another smaller company has the resources Mozilla does to keep the browser secure and modern. If it falls behind enough, could maybe eventually be abandoned, is my fear.
I'm just really "embedded" with certain Firefox plugins anyway.
Thoughts?
