Man, Mason Freed (of Google Chrome) throwing an absolute tantrum and destroying XSLT, which has been a web standard for more than 20 years, because the maintainer of libxslt wrote a post about how shitty the Google Chrome team specifically had been being to him personally for the last decade or so is... certainly a thing.

My favourite line of his was (paraphrased) 'don't say we are destroying RSS/XML in the browser... we are simply destroying it in the browser'.
