Our homes are dead, lifeless things compared to the housing our ancestors used regularly. The storm windows and screens I find are almost all painted over and caulked in. Our artificial heating and cooling systems work in tandem, and most people don't complete the basic maintenance of changing their furnace filter (go do it if you have one).

The EPA is rescinding legally obligated Solar For All funds in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

This is a direct attempt to take power from the people - literally. These programs are designed to help low-income and rural communities, and without this support the energy transition rollout will be limited to only those who can afford it.

Everyone - including energy utility monopolies, conservative politicians, and rednecks like me - should be furious about the loss of this program.
