Born and raised in Utah — joined the Navy knowing they couldn't float a boat there to return me to from whence I came. Was in the first class in electronics in which they allowed women. Left after 8.5 years service when it became too hard to get stationed with my late husband. Became a training designer/developer at American Electric Power. No longer a widow and am retired and live in northern, high desert, NV, unfortunately in a ruby-red county full of trumplicans.
