I have a guest post up today at @techdirt.com about the STOP CSAM Act bill's provision that would require platforms to indicate if reported material is AI CSAM when submitting CyberTipline reports.

tl;dr - the bill overlooks the human toll of making platforms flag AI CSAM as AI in their reports, plus the bill language is overbroad and seems to assume every reporting ESP has the ability to tell conclusively whether material is AI or not.
