I'm exhausted this morning. In my dreams I kept meeting people I hadn't seen for a while and having to explain about the fire and my brother and nephew.
I've woken up physically and mentally drained.
And there are builders in my house.
My routine is all in bits because of said builders and so I am finding it very difficult to regulate. Consequently I am not just tired, but feel highly anxious too.
