Wow hearing on Sky news the conservative minister explaining that they should not pay to people on benefits payments to support third child because some working families cant afford to have any children at all. What a weird statement. Completely avoiding topics where there is bereavement, divorces long term illness, and people who could have afforded many children falling on hard times - but to the punish a child for the poverty of the parent/supporting family as undeserving is very low.
