I followed their instructions on how to wrap my hands (they told me to skip between my middle and ring finger for easier grip on the dumbbells) and it was a mild disaster, so I dug up my kickboxing coach’s zine from when I dabbled in it 7 years (!?) ago I can’t kick yet with my left hip in recovery, so boxing is fine for now.
