You know why local cops mostly don’t worry about people showing up at their homes? Most people in society recognize that they have a hard job, that the job is necessary, and that what they are doing is not so overtly antisocial that folks would go to a home to protest it.
ICE is masking because they’re worried that the average Joe is going to think that rounding people up and dragging them into vans is beyond the pale. Maybe those fucks should consider why that is, and stop doing it.
Elk is a nimble Mastodon web client. You can login to your Mastodon account and use it to interact with the fediverse.
Expect some bugs and missing features here and there. Elk is Open Source and we're actively improving it as a community project. Join us and let's build it together!
