A few pics from the old family farm. My family has never been wealthy by any means, but my grandpa was in a war production job during WWII. Since he stayed working in the US, he was in a good position to buy property in early 1945. The place passed to my dad (he took a loan to cash out his siblings) when my grandparents passed. The "farm" aspect became more of a euphemism in the 80s when the pasture was planted in trees because "they don't try to get out of the fence."
